Standard Programmes are Evidence-Based set courses. Cost of Standard Programmes are from £1300.
Tailored Programmes are chosen by you an and created by Flourish. Choose elements from the courses on offer and your own programme will be created. Cost of Tailored Programmes are from £1800.
Each session in each programme is 80 minutes long for 8 Sessions unless otherwise arranged

Learn evidence-based Mindfulness and Compassion skills, adapted to suit your needs. £140 reduction included for solo participants
